Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using our website or booking service visits from Emerald Plumbing of Central Florida.

1. Service Acceptance

By scheduling a diagnostic assessment or plumbing service call, you agree to provide our technicians with safe access to the work area and authorize us to shut off water lines as required to perform repairs safely.

2. Payment & Estimates

Estimates are provided upfront before physical repairs commence. Payment is due upon completion of the service visit unless prior written billing agreements have been established. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.

3. Liability Limits

While our technicians practice extreme caution, older plumbing pipes (specifically brittle CPVC or degraded polybutylene) carry high inherent risk of failure. Please refer to our Pricing & Policies page for specific CPVC and polybutylene warnings and disclosure details.
